- Take 1 cup Columbia coffee (dark full coffee your choice)
- Prepare 1/2 cup French vanilla coffee mate liquid creamer

- Take 2 each Ice trays of frozen dark coffee
How to Make Mocha Iced Coffee. Blend Ingredients: In a high-powered blender, combine chilled coffee, half and half, and chocolate syrup; blend to combine. Add Ice: Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Sweeten & Serve: Taste your mocha and add sugar if desired.
Steps to make Mocha Ice Coffee:
- Make 10 cups of dark full flavor coffee. Let cool a while then fill ice trays. This makes 4 trays. You can make less but we always need frozen coffee around. I make and freeze the night/day before.
- In blender add fresh hot coffee, chocolate, creamer, and sugar. Blend well so that sugar is melted evenly. Then add iced coffee cubes as you blend to your liking.
Blend to combine and serve in glasses. Iced mocha recipe is a perfect concoction of coffee, ice and mocha syrup served with a nice dollop of low-fat whipped cream.
