Instructions to make Quiche:
  1. Preheat oven 200°F. Shape pastry round, place onto muffin baking tray (standard 12pcs mould) bake 5mins or half bake. Put aside.
  2. In saucepan, melt butter, cook onion til brown,add mushroom, little bit salt. Stir till cook and dry. Put aside.
  3. For filling: In big bowl, break eggs, mix with cream, sausages,mushroom&onion,sping onion,cheese, little bit salt&paper.
  4. Put the filling onto each half baked pastry, bake another 10mins or till cook. Ready to serve!
